The receptionist is awesome here, he makes us feel very welcome and we enjoy his old sailor stories. Dr. Sotto is one of the best dentist we've had in a long time. She is always diligent when working with my teeth, and let's us decide on what needs to be done. Every time we have a visit, it's been an awesome experience. Thank you both for providing the best customer experience and dental work.

It was the start of the new year and I decided it was time to start taking better care of myself. So I called around the 2nd of January and decided to scheduled an appointment a week after calling, and I've got to tell you, it was one of the best decisions I've made all year. Dr. Sotto, Mel, and the other assistant (who's name escapes me at the moment, sorry!) were not only accommodating but they were friendly and very professional throughout my whole procedure.

Prior to seeing them I haven't been taking as much care of my teeth as much as I could have. So the dentists had some work to do with me and needless to say they did an excellent job!

Cut to a month after and I've been taking care of my teeth like I should have. Or so I though. I've brushed too hard and accidentally messed up my gums and my teeth became extremely sensitive due to that. Dr. Sotto was extremely caring and comforting during my second procedure and pretty much cured my teeth a sensitivity, and even informed me that in order to take better care of my teeth that I should use a soft bristle brush. She even went as far as to tell me to bring my dental guard in too, so she can align it perfectly for me!

Overall if I could give this place ten stars I would. Keep up the excellent work Dental Expressions team!

I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. I came here recently last month, and it was the best experience ever. Everyone who works here are super friendly they're not pushy like every other dental offices I've ever been. Before I came here my old dentist messed up my teeth badly, but no more was I in pain from it. Dr. Sotto helped fix all the problems and I couldn't have been any happier. Every time on my visit I can now feel more relieved knowing that I'm in good hands. Dr. Sotto and her assistant are the best. They're gentle and funny when it comes to helping so that you don't feel uncomfortable. I don't live close by, but it's worth the drive. Best dentist place hands down.

Love my new dentist in Chula Vista! Dr. Sotto is excellent at her craft, and she's very amiable--same goes for her staff. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but they at Dental Expressions make every visit a very pleasant one. From cleanings to fillings and crowns, they make sure you're comfortable and they don't pressure you into getting any unnecessary procedures done. The office is also well-kept and neatly designed. Highly recommended!

Super friendly!! Very attentive staff. Nice office. They are on the second floor. You can either take the elevator up or take the stairs. Parking is super easy, always plenty of spots out front of building. If you have to wait for someone, there are lots of shops close by.

The location is very convenient. The staff are so nice. Dr. Sotto is very good. She will tell you what you need to have a more beautiful smile. She doesn't add up just to take advantage of your insurance. She explains everything that needs to be done. She gives discount specially to fellow kababayan. It's really nice to know that you have a fellow kababayan that's willing to help and that is honest. I convinced my two sons to transfer here for their dental needs. I will keep on referring friends and families to Dr. Sotto. I will definitely keep coming back!

This Dental office is very clean and the location is very convenient. They are very professional in every way possible. Dr Sotto is very sweet and kind. Very thorough in her exams as well as very gentle. I can speak for that because I have jaw issues. She took her time with me and asked me how I was doing through out the cleaning and the fillings. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is deathly afraid of dental procedures because she is so gentle and kind in every kind of way. I will be referring my family and friends to her, so you should check her out to too.

It's hard finding a dentist who is passionate about their work as Dr. Sotto. She makes sure everything works out perfect for your teeth. The staff are friendly, uplifting, and fun to be around. I had a root canal done and she took a lot of pride in the work she had done. This is how I would imagine someone who is good at what they do versus someone just trying to seek patients. The painful tooth that had me coming here to begin with feels so smooth and clean. My previous dentist would not come close to the quality of service that Dr. Sotto and her staff provides. What's even better is that throughout my few visits here they have called to remind me about appointments and are more than willing to accommodate for any needs. I've sought out different dental services prior to this one, but I'm glad I went here.

This office is located with several other dental offices. They did a great job today helping me with a LHI Appointment. I am looking forward to seeing them again in six months. Today was 16NOV2016 :)
